Ok I'm starting to get a tad bit desperate..
For over the past few hours ive been trying to make a cute female character
and I spend alot of time looking around the hot or not thread and show off your character
but I just cant seem to be able to do it.. whatever I try, big eyes, big pupils, small head
round shaped head..everytime I log into PWI my char looks deadly serious..
Its freaking me out! If you've ever seen Coco/Skybelle her char or Susylu's..
thats the kind of look I want, cute and friendly. Not serious and 'Talk to me and I kill you'

Is there anything I need to know? a tip o.o? it would be much appreciated

Sounds like you need to fix eyebrows. Try the curved ones and arc them away from each other.

Atm I think the eyes worked out quite well, its just the rest...
I start to think archer might be the wrong class to try n make cute
but then again, it didn't work out on my cleric either..

I think she's very cute. I think the "problem" you need to work on is the smile. On the mouth section, the last part of it has an option whether you want your character to smile more or not (forgot what it's called). But try doing that and you'll see a huge difference.

Try spinning her eyes so it looks like a circle. Making her face a bit shorter would help too. Her nose needs to be a bit smaller too. You could try raising her eyebrows too.

Giant forehead.

I would really reduce the forehead and probably make the chin pointier. Also, can try having her smile.
