Has anyone located the NPC Ma Lin (673, 361), since there doesn't seem to be a npc at that location to begin the new Quest "Disabled Man's Story?" I have been to the coordinates that it starts, but not one seems to be there. So wondering if anyone has found this person? Thanks.

im having the same issue as im sure everyone else who is trying to get this quest done.....so pwi where is ma lin and why put a quest in that cant be started or where the npc is m.i.a??? fix this issue plz

I think they forgot to place the NPC on the correct location. Maby next update he will appear.

Same here. It's the last of the new blue quests I have. I'm sure it will be fixed. I just wish it was soon lol. I'm like a quest junky. I don't like to skip any quests lol.

Seems we can add this to the list of missing npc's... If you guys stumble upon the Astral Shards that drop from Aulum Spectre, DO NOT activate it, the delivery npc is missing too and the quest cannot be trashed.... :/

Lets start the list...

Missing NPC's
1. Ma Lin (673, 361) ---- Start "Disabled Man's Story" Quest
2. Lu Zah (636, 563) ---- Finish "Astral Shard" Quest

The devs need to do more bug fixing, its annoying to have a quest that can never be cleared off the list.

I have completed just about all of the new quests since the expansion, except for Disabled Man's Story due to the missing NPC.

As for Astral Shard, I have yet to get those items, but at least I know what to do with them, dump them on the nearest NPC like I do with most of the junk I get from mobs.
