My friend recently got to lvl 30, and got a notice to talk to somebody in the city of plume. Unfortunately she's kinda scatterbrained and didn't remember the name of the person she was supposed to talk to, and all the people we asked around all were either "too busy" or just didn't care. If somebody could post where or who she has to talk to, that would be great, cuz we kinda need the info ASAP.

In the future, a sticky at the top of this forum has a very well written quest guide. Worth a check Here first.

opening the quest window and reading it up might also solve mysteries..

she didn't get the quest, just the reminder to go somewhere.
And fyi, I don't have time to sift through the quest guide and go through them all till I find it.

The quest guides are broken up in every 10 levels with a link to each one in that sticky. You can use Ctrl+F to open up a find window, type a word or two, and you'll find it in less than a minute. Enjoy!

FYI the quest guide dont have all the quest in it cause i went through all the pages looking for the quest for the wings.. it either it wasnt in there or i couldnt find it or i missed it ...didnt know the quest name anyway so fat lotta good it does to have the quest list if you dont know the quest name... i found this forum page by using google and typing in lvl 30 eagle wing quest perfect world..lol
