I got this pair of quests around lv95: Drake's Wit and Tiger's Wit, each of which require you to collect 7 scrolls. Does anyone know where to get these scrolls? I can't seem to find any info about this anywhere, and the quest log does a very poor job of elaborating on what this is.
Also, there is another quest (maybe lv 93-94ish) called Quantum Ring's Owner, which requires you to find Tien Yan. From the quest log, it seems like he is in Seat of Torment fb99, but when I went to his coordinates he wasn't there. Anyone know more about this quest?

Has anyone here actually finished the Drake's Wit or Tiger's Wit quests? I'm having tons or trouble even getting started. I've killed hundreds upon hundreds of mobs in Heaven/Hell, doing all my regular mob-kill quests plus a couple dozen OMA quests, yet I have not seen a single Demonol or Purgotol Document drop.
I know in the PW database it lists the drop rates of these as pretty low, but to kill several thousand mobs and not see a single one of these drop, I'm starting to wonder if there's something wrong with this quest, or if I'm doing something wrong. Is there some other way of obtaining these documents that I don't know about?
BTW, thanks Ty for the tip on the Tien Yan quest. I went in unwined as you said and was able to obtain and complete the quest.
