Posting this in the newbie area because it seems like a pretty basic question: What do the percentages below the name of mobs you target mean? They seem pretty obvious but I haven't found an answer written down anywhere, so I can only guess.

Hit is the chance that you'll hit them, Ev. is the chance that they'll miss you. This only applies to physical attacks though.
