It was the same as last Halloween except for the second pack, I was pleasantly surprised they added in that other pack for those of us who have been here long enough to have done last years.

the can make us do quest and we could get the holiday item as reward.
This way its more fun and ppl get more chances @ the holiday items ^^

I feel bad saying this, because it shouldn't be this way-- PWI is a business. If they don't make money, the GMs don't get paid. If the GMs don't get paid, they don't work. So basically, there has to be something in to cash shop all the time, and the Halloween event is good for the Cash Shop since people who don't want to spend their in game money spend their real life money. It's also good for people in game since it has an option for them, one that isn't controlled by gold prices. There were, ofc, two free things just to celebrate and a lot of people liked those, too.
