A glitch or bug is a flaw or caused by a flaw in the system not intended by the developers or designers. It's usually caused by accidental programming, poor design or other systems it uses which cannot cope properly with the system using it (restrictions or faults in third party DLLs and drivers for example).
Also, if it is was indended it just hints that those responsible for the developement and the higher authorities planned it because they like it and it appeals to them and thought it would appeal to the average majority of players, not because they were all male.
