Faction hostilities

I think that fighting between factions for credibility should be allowed. Like, since we have too many factions that dont do anything, we should be allowed to fight between factions in arenas or something to get better known amongst the people. People in game only know the factions that make it into TW, but if we fought each other and got our faction known, people would want to join us. And maybe a system kinda like...i dunno, leveling the faction past lvl3, but in order to do that you would need to beat another lvl3 faction in a faction battle or something. It would give the lesser factions more of a chance to get known and allow the lower level players a better chance at fighting. Because we all know that TW factions have very high level players and most ppl get discouraged because they cant level fast enough to join a TW faction.
