I couldn't find the answer on http://www.pwdatabase.com so please help me out.
What monsters commonly drop:
1. shabby garnet shards?
2. shabby sapphire shards?
3. shabby amber shards?
4. shabby citrine shards?
5. shabby turquoise shards?
I'm asking because the pain of buying it from the NPC is burning a hole in my pocket. Thank you~

So, um... what's wrong with the search for you?
http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/search?s=
Typing in 'shabby' there gets me a nice list, followed by a nice list of monsters that drop it.

I suspect your asking this for the daily quest 'crazy stone' . Just buy the shabby shards from the merchant.
EDIT : Ah they arnt the stones for crazy stone, however my advice is the same , you can buy them from the merchant if you want.

And really, the chances of getting shards from mobs are too low to be practical. For the record, at some point, you need to give in Blemished shards for 23,850, then Common shards for 71,550.

If it's not too much trouble can you list a few monsters that commonly drops "Shabby Sapphire Shard" please?

Doubtful, as the shabbies that he is asking it for are all the ones NOT required for Crazy Stone with the exception of Turquoise.

I don't know, it gives me the list of shards, the level and the grade but that's it. No details about monsters or anything else. >.>

Take you to:

And really - basically nothing drops these with any great regularity. You get a few random shard drops - but not many. I've had maybe 20 in 77 levels.
Just sell stuff for coin and buy them at the merchant.

Basically the answer is None. I know its not the answer you wanted to hear, but shards are not in the standard drop lists for mob, but rather the additional drop list, which makes them rarer still the the listings show. For instance, the 1st mob in the shabby garnet list Acrimonic Cactopod is listed as a 3.08% chance to drop, BUT, its in the "additional drop" table. Scrolling up we see the mob only has 0.8% chance to drop something from the additional drop table, and IF it does, then its 3.08% chance to be a garnet shabby. So the tru chance = .0308 x .008 = .0002464 (or 0.025% chance).
You'll also notice that all shabby shards appear on this mobs additional drop table, as for the game, drop-wise, no shard types are favored and any mob can drop any type (tho the shard grade goes up with the mobs level).

You're wasting your time. The drop rate for shabbies is drastically low. Instead of hunting shabbies just hunt drops.
For example, 1 dq drop might NPC for say 2k. That's 4 shabbies worth in one pop. Basically the exact same thing as a mob dropping 4 shabby shards.
