I got it work, i opened the game from main folder (sorry my english im from finland :D)

I thought about what (insert name) said above me and I went straight to the perfect world folder. Next, I clicked on the element folder and started the element client which skipped the launcher and went straight to login.

I'm having the same trouble too, but it shouldn't have to do with the patch or the computer because I downloaded the game today played it today then reopened the game and that dreaded message appeared.. ) :

Someone, quick! Help us out please?

The "Client Running/Unable to Update" message appears when you attempt to launch or patch the game while it is already running. First, check the system tray to see if the has been minimized there. This is usually a result of trying to close the game via alt+F4 or the X in the corner of the window; the only way to properly exit the game is to do so from the in-game menu. If the game has not been minimized, go to the Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del and end any instances you see of patcher.exe, launcher.exe, elementclient.exe, and pwprotector.exe, then try again. If all else fails, reboot your computer.

HELP ME PLEASE i just downloaded the game i got into the game typed in my info click start and a thing popped up and said

'' Your current client program version is low. Please exit and update.''
but on the patcher it wont let me update is it cause i dont have windows explorer ???? all i have is firefox O_o

HELP!

If you don't have Windows Explorer, you aren't running a Windows OS. You need to run a Windows OS in order to play.

OK apparently i got windows but it still won't let me play you know the screen that pops up with all the updates and stuff on the patcher that wont even pop up it says Navigation to the webpage was canceled O_o and when i get into the game the Update thing that pops up it says cannot connect to it

What's up new here, and eager to play the game. I'm getting the same problem as this guy, anybody got any solutions? I'm about to reboot so I'll see if that works.
