I just did the solo mode quest from the janitor of Lunar Glade, which has you do some kills & then hand in some items to village elders around the world & back to the Janitor. He then gives you an item to take you to Grayhaired Man in Insulum Valley, which to pick up another quest. This new quest is to be called A Suffered Soul and IS sitting in my 'Find Quests'. I use the teleport item, and the grayhaired man isnt where he's supposed to be, i tried relogging & clicking the green name & it matches the coords in find quests, but noone is there. Now i understand this quest at the end would allow you to do the secret bosses, who were removed from Lunar Glade entirely. But i'm wondering if this NPC was removed or is something is glitched? If this NPC removal was intentional, REMOVE the quest from find quests... or it'll be sitting there like the Volcanic Ambassador was forever.

As far as I'm aware, they're still building bits of Lunar Glade. I could be mistaken of course, but the last word on the street I heard is it's now an unfinished instance and they have recommended you do not go into it.

So, yes. Don't quote me on it but your NPC may well be gone while they're still finishing the actual dungeon. (Because a finished Lunar Glade always helps you to complete Lunar Glade)

They had asked us not to go into group mode. However this was involving the solo mode quest series. Unfortunately i didnt get the item to port me to the gray haired man back after use so i have no way to get to him again if he's only available in certain modes.

I just did that quest line and am having similar issues, although not exactly the same. I did the Humorum valley Bottom of Yin part, then returned to janitor and turned it in. She told me I should go see the Grayhaired Man (this is now in my "find quests" as A Suffered Soul), and I got a Talisman of the Valley in my inventory, but when I click it I just get a message saying "not in requested area." I tried going back into Humorum Valley just in case but get the same message in there.

So how do we pick up the Suffered Soul quest? I would appreciate an answer on this from anyone that knows what is happening.

When i used the talisman, i was standing right next to the Janitor who gave me the talisman. The description on the talisman said to use it when standing in the Entrance to Frigoris if i recall, which is the spot where the janitor resides.

Yeah, just noticed I have two different talismans, that was my mistake. Talisman of the Valley appears to do nothing no matter where I am, always says wrong area. Talisman of the Glade teleports you to where the man is supposed to be.

Problem remains that there is no NPC. >.<

So I still would like to know how we are supposed to do this quest.

Was extremely bored and wanted to try that quest line...I thought that only the squad mode was under construction, so I figured it would be okay. I used the little teleport thingy from my inventory so I either just shot myself in the foot or there will be some way to get into Insularum Valley [I don't mind doing it the long way without the teleport item, as long as it's still possible to complete the quest line].

thats where you have to notice that "DONT USE THAT FEATURE" kicks in.
