So...how do you unlock it? im level 95, and have done all the quests i can find in OHT...
any suggestions?

Everything has its beginnings, but it doesn't start at one. It starts long before that... The world is born From zero. The moment zero becomes one is the moment the world springs to life. One becomes 2. 2 becomes 10. 10 becomes 100. taking it all back to one solves nothing. so long as zero remains... One.. Will eventually grow to 100 again.

Short summary
2nd Map Unicorn Forest: culti quests lvl 90+> OHT quests (not the daily ones) > Phlebo in Eden > TT bosses (wulord and feng in 2-3) > 3 bosses in seat of torment fb 99 place > boss sori in 4th stage of RB delta.
3rd Map Valley of the scarred: OHT quests > Abomination in Brimstone pit > TT bosses (Ape in 2-1, Feng and Wulord both in 2-2, the dog in TT 2-3) > bosses in Abbandon fb 99 place > boss adolph wolf in stage 5 of delta.
4th Map Moon shade desert: OHT quests > complete cube of fate room 38 > TT bosses (in 2-3, 3-2, 3-3) > boss Peachblossom Ritualist in FB99 Abaddon, boss Hellfire Abomination in FB99 Seat of Torment >Kill bosses in RB delta in Waves 7, 8, 10.
