We wish to inform you that Perfect World Entertainment's Customer Support email system will be taken offline (for maintenance and upgrades) for a period of approximately 5 hours on Monday, March 23 from 7:00 a.m. - 1 p.m. Pacific Time.

Local server times for this offline period is as follows:

West Coast US Servers: 7:00 a.m. - 1 p.m. Monday, March 22

East Coast US Servers: 10:00 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday, March 22



Tickets and emails submitted during this time frame will likely not be received into our network so kindly refrain from submitting your inquiries during that time.

Upon resumption of our Customer Support services you will notice various enhancements and feature upgrades to our Customer Service Support Page - enjoy!

You'll announce this ingame as well right? Because not everyone visits the forums and it would suck to send your ticket unwittingly into a void.

Or...will you just shut down the "Submit a Ticket" form so no one can submit?

The ticket submission page should display an error message during the downtime.

Please note everyone that it will be an adventure today as we get tickets and such transferred over and get things working on the new side of things.

So I may want to tell you all to submit a ticket, but for the next little while today, that isn't going to be possible.

I'll try to help where I can here on the forums today, just please be patient. Those of you in the community who do awesome help, please help out today, we'd appreciate it!
