Peanut Labs is not rewarding ZEN when offers/surveys are completed. I did several at 4:30 am PST this morning, and another few at 9:30 am PST, and they all did not get rewarded, after I reached the award page.

Let me be clear: I successfully completed these surveys and reached the award page/rate your experience page. But when I go to My Wallet, it says 0 was transferred from Peanut Labs. This tells me the system recognized that I completed the surveys successfully, but it is not registering the amount of zen to reward.

When I try to do these survey's again (they come up again as available) it says I have already completed them.

I sent Peanut Labs emails for every single one, but figured I might make the Tech Support aware as well. I will be sending in a ticket (even though it takes several weeks for a reply >.<)

Im having the same problem

We even talked to them on phone, they couldn't beat our current quote and were polite and thanked us but still no Zen.

Please submit a ticket to our billing department so that we can look into this issue. We do know that they are still awarding ZEN so this could be a different issue altogether.
