I play now on my friends account to say this.
Im banned with BLOODvamp115.
I had send a message in hotmail to pwicustomer or something to get help.
The answer from the ticket was a reset link i opened the link typed my email and click recovery password but i never got answer from it to change it so what to do now?
I can,t log in with my own account guz im banned.

I know banning insn,t right to descause but its a technical problem too because the link don,t work.

customersupport@perfectworld.com is the e-mail to send to. When you got banned, you should have received an e-mail from PWE explaining why you were banned, and the duration of the ban. Unfortunately, this is easily blocked by many spam filters, so check there for it.

When you write the e-mail to them, be very specific about what your issue is, and go into as much detail as possible. Some idiot probably scanned it, misread it, and sent you the wrong response.
