10. Talk to the NPC again and get the quest 'A Final Step'

11. Talk to the <<Momente>>, the npc that you talked to to get in normal EU.

12. Talk to the NPC again and get the quest 'Into the Fray' and have opened AEU !

13. This is number 8.
If I may add something.....I had trouble getting this on BM. So I kept asking and no one knew...I finally found out why:

YOU MUST GET AN ORDER BADGE BEFORE THE POP UP COMES UP FOR AEU CHAIN.

Otherwise you will not get it. My wifey had the same problem and she obtained a order badge and BAM! she got the pop up too! I remembered my sin got he's pop up after he got he's badge and got the idea after like 15 minutes.

You'd probably be able to stop it from consuming the order but you won't be able to get the final reward. The Drake Certificate at the end is tied to the quest that that consumes the order.

Something I've been doing after I run out of orders is to open the instance on an alt, switch to my main to actually run the instance, and to switch back to my alt for the final stage of the last boss.

Nah you must have had a full quest log or something. I've received the quest popup on alts and they haven't even joined any order or done any prior Morai quests. You just need to go to any order location. http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/quest/26760

He might have been busy channeling something else when he hit 1.3...
After he hits 1.3m wait for him to say "Let me purify you!" then block it.

Random note: Tried to kill the last boss before it teleported once, and, well we killed it..

Yeah, it glitched. Glitched because bosses can't really tele after they're dead, so don't try killing it before it teles :D
