Hallo :3
I'm a level 22 BM and i have a question about jewelry:
Should I use the jewelry that adds phys resistance, elemental resistance, of evasion. I've been using evasion the whole time i've been playing PW and it just doesn't seem right to me?

I'm sure I'm going to get a few disagreements on this, but this is my view on it.
I use my jewelry to balance the resistances I don't have on my gear, for example, on my cleric, my arcane gear is going to have elemental resist, so unless I have a nice mold with exceptional stats, I stick with physical resistance on my necklace, and probably belt til level 30 when you can attain your reputation gear. On my BM, I keep an elemental necklace on, or at least in my inventory so i can switch if i need the extra resistance. Your necklace and at least one ring are often a good place to put extra skill points you're lacking due to hybrid builds and misplaced points.. ie vit, str, mag and so on, so that is something else to consider.
As I see it, your jewelry is an opportunity to pick up on stats that you're lacking 1. on your character because of skill points and 2.on your other gear because of your class, but keeping another in your inventory to switch when needed is nice. As a BM you will "ideally" be tanking mostly physical mobs, as magic tanks should be used for the magic based mobs, but that's not always the case, and there is also quest mobs and soloing to consider.
I am of course referring to pve and not pvp, as there are other things to consider when you pvp that I will leave to someone with more experience in that field.
I say equip what gives you the best survivability and damage for your class and character, plain and simple.

From my experience as a Heavy Armor BM
PVE Phys res jewelery (fight pure physical mobs and use marrow physical)
PVP Magic res jewelery (most useful in territory wars as you will be targeted alot by caster classes)
on a PvP server always run in the PvP setup (as carrying extra gears around is a risk)

Unlike armor, jewelry doesn't have stat requirements. So you can use it to gain resists you otherwise don't have access to because your stats won't let you wear the armor.
