save up for both an mp and hp charm, and always reserve enough to buy another.
mp pots cost 2.25 times more than gold mp charms, and that is at 400k per charm.
hp pots cost 1.5k more than the gold hp charms, and that is yes again at 400k per charm.
Plus to top it off, life powders are 2k-4k and give 50 hp per second for 10 minutes, and that is 30k hp total. I use them for extra coins saved, plus my charm hardly ticks with one on.
Yes, repairs are allot, especially if you are not using the correct gear for the mob you are grinding at. try pushing the mob away per kill for less hp taken, keep it away.
Use less skills as possible.
As for getting money to buy the charms, farm a few mats, or go to a spot with mobs a bit above half your level, and also a high density of mobs in an area.
Cheers.

If charms and pots are really costing you that much, then I'd suggest investing in the alchemy skill. You can make your own, and ones much more effective than pots, on top of a whole slew of other things. With the items that add damage, you may even find you kill things easier, and with the rarity that you should be taking hits yourself, you may make good use of those defense increasing/damage reducing items to all but eliminate the need for HP pots/charms for grinding. All of that is free with nothing more than some mat farming.

are you using spells like thunder shock and lightling strike for grinding? Never ever do this. You can kill mobs easy by using water and knockback arrows. If you dealing with increased defence and increased live mobs, use winged shell. Its blocks most damage and regenerates mana.
This is the way i grind and i rarely have to buy any potions, since there are enough potion drops. And if you have any points on vit and int, buy some point reset scrolls and go pure dex build.

if your gear and skills will not let you solo, you should try and help someone else. If you play in a squad, your "gain per kill" will be lower but so will your costs and you should be completing fights faster which also helps you collect monies and stuff. (Of course, you might need to spend some time learning how to work well with your squad members, but this can be very worthwhile.)

first, don't use anything other than woven fang arrows. second, don't pay for arrows. you can go to any of the noob fields and pick up lots of them for free, and also while you're grinding. people leave ammo on the ground all the time.
you could even try out different weps to use all 3 types of ammo.
have a different character. some classes use little to no potions, and can collect ammo and pots for your archer. at the same time, they may get quest rewards or drops that would be good for another of your characters. you can be your own best friend.
and as previously recommended, learn apothecary skills and gather herbs and mats wherever you go on all your characters. if you don't want to invest in upping the manu skills, a friend or faction member would likely be very happy to increase their skill level using your herbs and mats to make you things. both of you benefit....
and skills cost money for everyone in the game, and it gets steeper as you level. :(
and also as recommended, watch your skills usage. either invest points in increasing mana(or gear that will), or don't use the high cost skills as much
(to save charm ticking if you have one)
