$1=1Zen isn't confirmed, now, is it? If it is, I'd be very curious to see where it was said, if it was. The prices are subject to change, is all that was said... so even if it's 1-1, which seems rather unlikely, I'm sure the item-mall prices will be changed so 1-1 actually works.

The final conversion rate hasn't been announced yet, and it won't be announced until open beta starts most likely. No need to ask, as GMs will not give out the information until it's officially announced. They've said they're still discussing the final rates and watching player reaction to help gauge the final cost.

PLAYER REACTION: $0.25 per ZEN is the most fair and good price for both parties.

Some people who seem to be employed for PW (not gms or admins though, and not saying who either) were in irc and discussing this with us.

$1 for 1 zen is pretty much confirmed, what may be changed is how much zen an item costs.
You can safely expect to pay at least $1.5 for a silver hp heiro, if not more (which is still way higher than MY), as I highly doubt they will go lower considering hosting costs of the USA vs malaysia/europe/china. Most non-essential items will probably be higher price yet.

The cash shop cost is going to greatly affect who stays here, and what class they play if they do stay.

What really pisses me off is that a $15 subscription would be far cheaper in the long run... once the economy inflates (people hit high levels, townships taken, rmts settle in), people won't be able to play for free (cg is 350k+ on MY, imagine 1m+ per here, even *** is 900k). They'll be spending $15 a month on heiros, $50+ a month for zen party heiros/scrolls, and that's not even mentioning the other cash shop items.
What neoneo spent $1000 to do on PW-MY will take $3000 here lol.

Try to be a little more optimistic. The only time when people fail is when they give up hope.

Optimistic is bullsh**. Look at Rohan, look at RF. They try to look cool but in the end all that matters is making money.
Though RF's failure wasn't greed, Rohan's was.
