I have an issue, my account is banned now. i have recieved and email saying there was an open dispute with the payment source. Referring to me charging zen.
It also says my main account will remain banned while the dispute is open.
It says says also that i can either submit a ticket about it or call the perfect world entertainment billing service number.
I then proceeded to try both. so far i have submitted 4 tickets and have been trying to call them all day and even left two messages.
This is starting to worry the day lights out of me.
my account is banned for god knows how long and i have been trying non stop to try and fix this by speaking to a PWE official of some sort.
My account i have had since sanctuary just opened is banned.
And i find this to be very saddening to me.
Now i have an immense feeling a GM or mod will come in here telling me this isnt the place for this and to submit a ticket. But the thing is, i have no where left to go. i have already submitted 4 and even tried calling all day.
I just want to make this ordeal straight. if that means repaying by another method then ok.
I have put so much effort and money into my main account and i do noth think i did anything bad enough for me to recieve a permanent ban.
(i looked over the user violation and it seems i would have to do somehing REAL bad to get account termination)
So please GM's or Employees of PWE respond to me asap as this is making me very stressed out. I would like to figure something out and find out if i can get my account back.

If you submit a new ticket before getting a response to one, it pushes your current ticket to the very back of the line. I would recommend that you submit a ticket and wait for three to five days before trying again.
