# 1 Live Chat support feature doesn't work

I fill out the Game, Server, and Character Name fields, click the chat banner and then am directed to submit an email question (with no indication of when it's going to be responded to). Is the chat feature broken and what's the response time with email support?

Live Chat is only open during the normal buisness hours which is Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm PST. Outside those times please send a ticket to Customer Support. Depending on issue now it can take 3-5 buisness days to get an answer.
