Someone I'm sure has asked this but I can't find it. What do the letters in Chat mode mean?

which letters? the one the other person typed?
those are words as far as me know. O.o'

err next closest thing me can think of is which chat you wish to speak in.
World, General, Trade, Squad, Faction
me don't really know which letters = which since me just type in the key for the chat meself.

= general chat
!!= Squad chat
!~=Faction chat
forgot what trade chat is think it was like $$? !$? or something X_X'
o and
/[Player's name] = whispering (the name be case sensitive.)

and you can also whisper your friends by pulling up your friends list and right clicking their name then choosing whisper.
