Wine Merchant - West District...he is usually covered by all of the Kitty Shops selling mats.

You grab the "quest" for the wines, get materials and turn in for your Wine.

You generally do not start "wining" fb's until about fb59.

You can make wines whenever you want.

Really the only thing that they are used for though is to wine an instance (fb's) or for the HUGE farmers, to make and sell the wines instead of the mats.

You can make wines for all fb's --> 19-99.....different mats for some and the amounts of those mats can change.

You can trash the quest at anytime, but when you take the quest for the wine it will tell you what you need.

You need the "quest" for each wine you make and can only do one at a time.

This is true.

FB59 is a favorite of mine, but w/o wines...expect to be there for a while.

With wines, it will take you about 45min-1hr with a good squad
