I've been holding onto and buying as much rough fur as I can as I've played, but it never seems to be enough. Which monsters drop it/ are more likely to drop it? Any answer is GREATLY appreciated, as I am bone dry again.

Lyinxs, Midnight Jackeolopardites or what they're called, mostly beasts drop rought fur.
Silk thread is dropped by skelletons and turtles.
Purified oil by insects and the like.

As an easier answer, wolves and similar creatures drop rough fur.

I know I have always had problems getting Rough Fur too, however, the enemy I have had the most luck with is the Sapphire Planeshark Don. I have had to go farming at level 50 and they still drop 5-10% of the time, which isn't much, but it is much better than I was getting from the wolves (>25/1).

u have to consider ur lvl to farm them, example :
ur lvl 26 then u should farm mobs that are lvl range 22-28

from experience for rough furs best way is to have a lvl 24 char to farm the 22-23 lvl wolves west of arch

I dunno where to find anything at my level i try and far the old monsters like duel centi and they dont drop oils anymore so i dont knwo where to fin that stuff it sucks
