When I click the pw launcher, an error pop up saying:

"This application has failed to start because PackDLL.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

I had to reinstall the entire PW game and the patches to fix this problem. This happened yesterday. But lo and behold, today when I click on pwi, the same error popped up. Any idea why?

Btw I use vista, and when I installed pwi, it asks me to verify the files, which I did and there was no missing file.

I think I had that problem before, I ran PW as administrator and that fixed it.
