the npc that exchanges for the rings says there is a possibility that converting nightspike crystal to the grade 15 ring will fail. anyone know the probably of it failing?

well if anyone know about tisi rings pls tell i would hate go to so much trouble for 25 crystal and get a fail when make ring

data base is wrong i think cause on power mats show 100% also but npc middle adc say different...was curios if anyone try get ring and failed

I am also very curious. 90% OF PPL I TALK TO think rings are temp b/c of other public quest rewards that are.

It would be nice to get some actual percentages, or first hand knowledge.

That just enforces the idea they have a chance to fail. 25 probably has a high failure rate where as the 200 one has a lower chance to fail.
