Can anyone give me any pointers as to which mob drops these items, just recieved the quest to collect them but can't find any mobs around the area that drop them.

Element Essence - sorry put it in the title but left it out of my post

The best mobs I've found have been the Titanial Bondsmaids(lvl 58) East of Tusktown. Also Aurum bondsmaids(lvl 59) an Gilded Princesses(lvl 60).

Found it as well, ty^^ on a side note, element essence doesnt drop all that fast, so have patience

I think the titanial bondmaids are the lowest level mob that drops element essence (you could always check from the pwi database). I suggest you either buy the element essence from other players (dq 61 item) or level up a bit.

I thought the Tauric commander quest at Rooks valley was absurd - expected to kill mobs several LVL's higher. What a pain in the back side for my friend that watched over me there.

I did review the MOBs on database, that's what prompted the question.

I know I have recieved that matt from lower lvl mobs in the past but sold them as I got them. Unfortunately I never kept track of the mob or location.

I'm sure the freq of drops was so low that it might be a long process getting them, but at least I wouldn't lose all my EXP getting them.

As squishy Cleric I am always broke and the prices at shops r always out of my consideration.

If I knew which Mob type was only poisomn attack I would be comfortable going after that one as I can purify my way through.

actually Mistwraith skirmisher is the lowest LVL I see, at LVL 54 that is only 7 LVL's higher than me, I think I will give that a shot!
