I can't remember how many times a GM referred me to this site for "the most up to date game information".

I haven't seen any updates to this with PWI information in quite some time, i.e. Sunshine Envelopes, the new Tiger event, and so forth.

Is PWI no longer affiliated with that site or is everyone too lazy to bother updating?

It's become quite outdated, besides I don't think it ever was affiliated with PWI.
Still an awesome source of information (if you want general, immuable data).

Not sure, but it's more like a fan made thing. Being oficial would mean something like located on the domain of one of the versions of PW directly or something like that. And the page of this version don't even have a link to that place, like for the Wiki, for example.

And looks like the ones who update it are a bit lazy lately. =o_O=

That is correct. As I see there is a basket in the site, they want to make you pay for whatever it is (I hope nothing fishy).

It's unofficial and ever since a patch that changed something about the file format, the folks who update it haven't been able to access the game files to get all the info so they can't update it any more (or so I heard).
