Blobs, undines, flame looking thingies. From mobs lvl 20-29 is rare, at 30 becomes more common.
Also *****-cat-like things that Arcosaur is covered drop it for about 3-5000 per piece.

this is so inaccurate its real bullcrap.
I have been killing two at a time sometime three at a time for 2 hours + and have only netted 5 whole frags.

ridiculous when u need them you get one drop in 50 kills. when you don't need them you get 3 in an hour.
worst is I am lvl and killing is easy but the drop rate is no where near 30% so how can you say 56.4677, that would mean kill 50 get 25.

you all need to be a little more truthful with your daTA base and quit falsely advertising everything.

according to your forum avatar, you're level 42. torgirn sentries are level 31. when you prey on mobs too far below your own level, the drop rates get severely reduced.

look up element fragments in the DB, and search for mobs closer to your own level that might drop them, even if at a lower percentage rate. due to drop rate nerfing you'll still have better luck with those. but not much better, because you've outleveled all of them.

(hint: the level-40 wraith blah commanders appear to be event mobs that only spawn when there's a wraith raid in progress.)
